Hello all,
Thanks to a classmate there is a great location, that has availability, has a nice sized facility with an outdoor patio attached, can accommodate up to 300, costs reasonable, nice facility, don’t have to do a dinner, there is a minimum spend though but at present, it looks like it will be around $50/$60 all in if we have 150-200 register, maybe less. Cash bar more than likely. Evening affair with light hors d'oeuvres and dessert. Maybe a band.
