WAIVER, RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket to an event (“Event”) organized by the Proviso West Class of 1973 Reunion Organizing Committee (hereafter “Organizing Committee”) purchaser agrees that they and any guest for whom they purchase a ticket will hold the committee members (the “Released Parties”) harmless for any accident or injury that may arise as a result of attendance.
I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Event(s), including any associated travel, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other fault of the Released Parties.
I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) agree to indemnify and waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Event(s), regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence of the Released Parties. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims.
